Franco was a bomb expert who worked with his partner Franca as a freelancer. Despite being jaded and unhappy, Franco found purpose in fighting for a cause through Franca. Little is known about Franco's background except that he helped his uncle, an explosives expert, produce various types of bombs and chemical explosives. After his uncle's death, Franco was visited by Caterina, who inspired him to teach her his trade. Because of Caterina, later known as Franca, Franco continued to supply explosives to activists, just like his uncle did. It is revealed that he died with Franca and Pinocchio, leaving Cristiano alive but paralyzed and determined to seek revenge on the Agency.
