Tenma Ganzo

Tenma Ganzo is a bandit leader whose senshi killed Mikans parents. He tries to destroy the Peach Blossom Tower with Banmaru Zoushi after two of Toukas workers are rescued by Rushuna. However, he is defeated by Rushuna and spared his life by Mikan. Later, he joins Touka in rebuilding the tower.
