This individual is both the vice president of the school's student council and has been friends with the notorious "Kazamas Party" for quite some time. Despite this, there appears to be a deep-seated animosity towards Chitose, the current student council president, whom he refers to as his eternal rival. Additionally, while he seems to harbor some level of affection towards Kenji, he strongly disapproves of Kenji's involvement in the "Game Creation Club," which he considers a dangerous organization.
