The demon card (shadow guard in english dub) was established by harus father and king to safeguard the populace. however, gale departed due to dissatisfaction with the organization's trajectory. despite attempting to impede king, their encounter culminated disastrously when king's family was brutally murdered. prior to receiving the ultimate shadow stone, gale experienced intense anger as his former companions' fury engulfed him, resulting in his face being scarred and his wife being slain before his very eyes.
