Section 2 was a former organization where Lauro worked as an agent. He treated Elsa like he viewed Rico, seeing her only as a tool to be used for missions. However, when conducting operations, Lauro paid little attention to Elsa's well-being. This attitude ultimately led to his downfall when Elsa fell deeply in love with him and shot herself after realizing that he did not reciprocate those feelings.
