Rear Admiral Erlache was a member of the Imperial Navy who perished in combat at the Battle of Astarte. Along with Vice Admiral Staden, he disagreed with Reinhard's initial strategy and later disregarded his orders, leading to the sinking of his vessel, the Heidenheim, by the 2nd Fleet under Yang Wen Li's command during the Alliance's retaliation.
