The executive director from Teiwaz is also a representative of JPT Trust. Although he feels that McMurdo's treatment of Tekkadan as they become full members is disrespectful, he believes it's best for him to delegate tasks such as eliminating pirates to his subordinates rather than taking direct action himself. After Teiwaz receives a half-metal mine from McMurdo in recognition of their victory against the Dawn Horizon Corps and protection of their trade routes, this executive director raises concerns about giving such a valuable resource to a relatively new organization under Teiwaz's control.
