King of Gastark, レファル・エディア

The ruler of the Gastark Empire is a powerful warrior who dislikes war as much as possible. He believes there's no other way to prevent it than by waging it himself. In battle against Stohl, he meets Kiefer and shows interest in her after she protects two defenseless children. Despite this, he invites her to join him but she declines for the moment. The ruler possesses a Rule Fragment called Glouvil, which is a large one-bladed sword that grants destructive powers upon sacrifice. So far, he has sacrificed his right leg, sense of smell, and left eye for it.
