Gozu (牛頭) is a shinobi who appeared in the second naruto shippūden filler arc. he was under guren's command and was known for being reserved and difficult to read. despite this, his combat skills were exceptional, relying on taijutsu and brute strength. gozu preferred fighting alone and held a deep loyalty towards guren, stating that he would accompany her wherever she went. this devotion stemmed from guren's act of saving his life while he was imprisoned by orochimaru, providing him with water when he was on the verge of dehydration.
