The president of Kyos Student Council also serves as the commander of Oceanus, Kyo's base of operations. He leads Celebram and possesses knowledge about the present world that others lack. Prior to transferring to Oceanus, he had no history with Shizuno or any other Celebrants in Maihama. It is later discovered that his Celebrant icon reads "CP-041" due to a clone of himself being created by Gards-orm, who seeks to aid humanity's resurrection but remains as a Gards-orm. As a result, the data of his apparition has a shorter lifespan and is experiencing dry damage. The word "Shima" means "Island" in Japanese.
