The Negoro member responsible for managing operations in the Red Light District introduced himself to Jin and Mugen when they arrived, then later disclosed to his supervisor Ginsa that he had brought a counterfeit koban into the brothel. He seemed to be among those taken captive at the conclusion of the episode.
