On Momoiro Island, there is a character named Elizabeth who discovered and cared for Sanji when he passed out. However, upon regaining consciousness, Sanji mistakenly believed that Elizabeth was a beautiful young woman and pursued her relentlessly. This led him to her flamboyant home where she tried to transform him into an Okama. After recovering from his hallucination, Sanji recognized the island's inhabitants as Okama and fled. Elizabeth and other Okamas subsequently caught up with him and eventually captured him.
