Mizuki is a candidate for becoming Queen of Jewelland and partners with Garnet. She has short, messy blonde hair held back with an aqua clip and striking blue eyes. Casually, she wears a white shirt with a blue vine design, pants, sandals with daisies on the sides, and a matching bracelet with a blue band and white daisy. In her formal attire as Lady Mizuki, she keeps her hairstyle but wears a blue dress. Though training to be a lady, Mizuki dislikes girly things and often hides behind her spunky personality. Among the trio of Momona, Charon, and Mizuki, Mizuki is the sharpest-witted member. She has a fear of bugs and harbors a crush on Soarer. Mizuki's desire to become a lady stems from an experience when she was young; she got lost in a forest and was saved by a mysterious woman wearing a mask. As she grew older, her admiration for the savior waned. In the series, it is suggested that the woman who rescued Mizuki is Lady Boot.
