Emilio Lowe is Chrono Number III and was briefly mentioned in a manga conversation but did not appear in it. In the anime, Emilio only appeared during the final attack on Creed's base on Clarken Island. He later revealed himself as one of Mason's Zero Numbers in the Eden project after the defeat of Creed.
