Seborga is a fictional character in the Hetalia series who claims to be a micronation located in northwest Italy near the French border. He was added to the cast by Hidekaz Himaruya in 2010. Seborga has reddish-brown hair, green eyes, and an asymmetrical ahoge similar to the Italy Brothers' that protrudes from his left side of his head. His appearance is often associated with the Italy Brothers, but it is unclear what their relationship is like or if they are related to him. Seborga was depicted in a sketch by Hidekaz Himaruya working at a restaurant alongside the Italy Brothers. He appears to be passive and has lived peacefully in Italy for centuries without fighting or pressuring anyone to achieve his independence. He also enjoys being a womanizer, encouraging Italy to bring a pretty girl with him on his next visit. Seborga is unique among self-proclaimed micronations as he had an independent existence before becoming part of Italy.
