Shuu, 縢 秀星
Shuusei is known as the group's jokester and frequently makes jokes at others' expense. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing portable video games. Although he can be quite playful when not working, he takes a more serious approach to his job. He has a strong dislike for individuals who take their freedoms for granted, as this is something that he has experienced personally since childhood, having been excluded from society at the age of five.

Later on in the series, he is killed by the Chief because he saw the true form of Sibyl System, and has been reported missing ever since.
