Hiruko, also known as Naruto Shippūden's main antagonist in the third installment of the series, is a missing-nin from Konohagakure who seeks to start a Fourth Great Shinobi World War and conquer it after. Despite being born without any natural special abilities, Hiruko compensates by using his own Chimera Technique, which he developed by integrating the bodies of other ninja with his own. As a result, he has obtained four Kekkei Genkai from different nations and possesses various physical traits and abilities from them. Additionally, Hiruko's followers can use the Chimera Technique to create chimeras such as bird-like monsters that molt explosive feathers and wolf-like beasts with tentacle-like appendages. Hiruko has acquired four Kekkei Genkai: Steel Release, Swift Release, Dark Release, Storm Release, and an unnamed three-eyed technique. He also possesses a palm on his hand that allows him to absorb techniques thrown at him.
