Meet Nero, also known as "Nero the Sea Weasel," who recently joined CP9. He made his debut on the Puffing Tom while assisting in escorting Nico Robin to Enies Lobby. Although he's a new recruit, Nero is already proficient in soru, geppou, kami-e, and rankyaku. However, he still lacks tekkai and shigan abilities. To compensate for these limitations, Nero carries guns and takes great care to avoid blows. During his attempt to stop Franky from rescuing Robin, Nero was punched through the roof of Puffing Tom into a room containing the rest of CP9. Despite declaring he would kill Franky, Lucci intervened as they were only meant to capture him. Lucci gave Nero three seconds to escape but swiftly defeated him with five shigan attacks before disbanding him from CP9. The fate of Nero remains uncertain, as Lucci is a skilled and deadly individual, and his limp body was thrown into the ocean during Aqua Laguna, one of the world's largest storms.
