Michinori Magata, a student at Kaimei High School, serves as vice-president of the Boys Manga Club. Alongside Saikawa, he forms part of the Sainon & Magarfunkel (マガーファンクル) mangaka duo. This pair shares a rivalry with Roman due to their differing opinions on shōnen and shōjo manga. Additionally, both individuals possess the ability to summon manga background effects in real life.
