In the story, we meet Fatty, a high school student who was first encountered by Josuke during a coin collecting spree. Initially, Josuke and Okuyasu thought that Fatty was an idiot due to his unusual behavior of sharing his Harvests stand's wealth with them in order to become friends. However, Josuke urged them not to take advantage of his naivety and instead work together with him. Unfortunately, their plan backfired when Fatty turned against them, feeling insulted by being called an idiot and not understanding that they deserved equal shares of the money they had all worked for together. This led to a wild goose chase after Fatty, during which he revealed that his Harvests stand's advantage came from its numerous parts. Using multiple attacks and dirty tactics such as injecting alcohol directly into Josuke and Okuyasu's bloodstream, Fatty proved to be a formidable opponent. After being subdued, Fatty admitted that Josuke and Okuyasu were indeed deserving of one third each of the money they had earned together, leading them to become friends at school.
