Igor  

Igor served as a villain in the second movie of the Dragon Ball series, titled "Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle." He worked under Lucifer and was unique among his minions because he did not exhibit any demonic characteristics. Despite this, Igor possessed extensive knowledge about blood and shared it with Bulma. Initially, he was tasked with obtaining a sample of Bulma's blood to be used in the celebration following the awakening of the Sleeping Princess and the destruction of the sun.
