Danny Boy, ダニー

Danny, a teen mamodo, quickly befriends Gash while supposedly watching over an ancient sculpture that's over 300 years old. While Danny is away getting fish donuts, a gang steals the statue from his book reader. With Gash and his book reader's help, they track down the thieves to a boat dock in town. Kiyomaro arrives on time to assist them. After everything seems resolved, Gash and Danny are ready for sushi. However, the leader of the gang escapes from the police and steals a truck. The truck is tipped over, almost crushing everyone. Danny manages to catch it, preventing it from falling onto the sculpture. Gash faces a tough decision: let the truck fall and crush Danny and his book or use one of his spells to destroy the truck, which will set Dannys book on fire. In the end, Gash chooses to use his spell, destroying the truck and burning Dannys book. Despite this, Danny feels proud and is sent back to the Mamodo world.
