Etoh and Parn grew up together in childhood. Although Parn remained in the village, Etoh left to pursue a career in the clergy of Falis, God of Light. Despite being a novice, he has gained knowledge about the ways of the priests. He can heal wounds and speak an ancient language as proof of his authenticity. Etoh is kind-hearted, helpful, and devoted to his religious obligations. As Slayn and Leylia confront their own enemies, so too must Etoh face his challenges in order for Parn to succeed.
