King Ei Sei of Qin shares a resemblance with Hyou, a friend of Shins. Although his father was the previous king, his mother did not possess any royal blood. Despite appearing calm and collected, Ei Sei can come across as cold at times. During an attempt to assassinate Jo Kan, Ei Sei acted swiftly and without hesitation, showing no remorse for his actions. However, it is evident that he does care about those who remain loyal to him.
