Starrk is a male arrancar with short, dark hair that's styled down the middle parting. He has a goatee and his hollow mask consists only of a bottom jaw that hangs like a necklace. His hollow hole is located on his sternum, just below where his mask ends. When Aizen sends him to retrieve Orihime Inoue, he expresses discomfort with the task despite being able to complete it quickly in spite of Kenpachi Zarakis and Ichigo Kurosaki's attempts to stop him. Afterward, Starrk is one of the top 3 Espada during the raid on Karakura Town.
