Kogarashi, known as The Masked Maid Guy, serves as a Maid/Bodyguard for Naeka and Kousuke Fujiwara until they turn 18. Despite his intimidating appearance, he is fiercely loyal to his assigned Master and will go above and beyond to fulfill his duties. With an array of special powers at his disposal and an almost indestructible body, Kogarashi is a formidable force. However, he sometimes acts on his own accord when he feels the need, which can often lead to worsening situations. Despite this, Kogarashi has proven himself to be highly intelligent and possesses a keen understanding of mathematics. His social skills may lack privacy awareness, leading him to be labeled as a Pervert. In episode 3 of Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun anime, he was one of the hired persecutors tasked with deepening Reika Houjou's androphobia towards Mayu Tsukimura while she walked in town.
