As a member of the Osaka Gantz Team, you observe Kato Masaru assisting an alien family. You are puzzled by his actions and ask him about them. When he explains that he was saving the family, you laugh at him. Initially, you follow him around in hopes of finding a contradiction between his words and actions. However, when he does not show one and even puts himself in danger to save others, you leave his side. Feeling guilty, you return to help Kato defeat the alien he was facing. Unfortunately, you get in his way more than anything else, and he ends up rescuing you. You continue to follow Kato throughout the next few chapters and find yourself drawn to his kindness and compassion. In the end, you tell him about your son and ask if he and his brother will move in with you and your child. To make this possible, you vow never to let Kato die, no matter what.
