Parfet balblair is the chief engineer of the ship. she has a friendly demeanor, wears glasses and long brown hair tied into pigtails. most of her time is spent monitoring the paeksys and engines, but she also enjoys inventing for the crew on special occasions. during christmas, parfait worked hard to create a snow machine for everyone's enjoyment. from the beginning of the series, parfet has been partnered with duelo, and as they spend more time together, their bond deepens. however, when jura made an unintentional dive for hibiki and ended up grabbing duelo instead, parfet became jealous. parfet is voiced by dorothy elias-fahn and candice arellano in filipino dub.
