In the story "The Seventh Neck," there is only one character who managed to avoid becoming completely evil, despite being an Orochi. This individual's name is Sōma, and he serves as the primary guardian of Himeko and Chikane throughout most of the series. His social standing at their school is quite high, similar to that of Chikanes, and many students believe they are in a romantic relationship with him, although this is not entirely accurate.
