Huan Yi is a Vice General who serves under Great General Mou Gou's army. In the past, he was known as Huan Yi the Beheader and led a group of bandits. He has been described as having a brutish personality and no qualms about killing surrendered soldiers or beheading people in cities and villages he conquers. To decrease morale among his enemies, he sends Wei soldiers who have been severely tortured back to their camp with bags full of eyeballs. Huan Yi is known for his arrogant smirk and crude language at times. He shows no respect for his foes and calls Gen Bou "an old fart" and "trash" before killing him. Despite this, he also exhibits a sense of humor and sarcasm, as seen when he replied to a fellow crew member's question about why he made an unskilled man named Ogiko the 1000-man commander of The Huan Yi army by saying "Gyahaha cause its funny obviously." He also has a cool demeanor and rarely shows any shock, even in bad situations. Huan Yi is known for his loyalty to Mou Gou and holds the rank of Vice General in his army. When summoned, he ignores requests for conversation with anyone who does not use Mou Gou's name.
