Chiko, 美甘 千津子

Initially presented as the 11-year-old inheritor of the Anastasia Ruby, Chiko resided with her aunt and uncle following the demise of her parents. Despite this, she exhibited an aloof demeanor towards her kin because she recognized they were gradually administering poison to secure her inheritance. Fortunately, she was rescued by Nijū-Mensō, who offered her the option to depart with him when he coincidentally appeared to steal the Anastasia Ruby. Chiko holds Nijū-Mensō in high esteem and considers him a significant influence on her life. She acquires numerous techniques from everyone on the team and has the potential to become an exceptional thief. Typically, she performs minor roles during heists, such as diverting attention. One of her aliases is Lilly, the tightrope walker. At thirteen years old, Chiko seems to be the sole survivor of the Phantom Thief squad; however, this notion is challenged when a detective known as Akechi visits her residence. After learning that Nijū-Mensō might still be alive, Chiko pledges to locate him by becoming a detective herself.
