Meet Sanae, a high school student and friend of Kōshi who also serves as his class representative. Despite being unknown to everyone, she secretly transforms into Tenchū Senshi Uma Kamen, a superhero known for her powerful horse-themed abilities. She is the granddaughter of Irohas and Hanzōs landlady and both she and her grandmother are skilled in using the horse of the zodiac. As the chosen protector of the Inuzuka heir, Sanae wears a special outfit that increases her powers. However, the costume resembles bondage attire and is most effective when only certain pieces are worn. The Nakajima family relies heavily on kicks in their combat style, making the boots the most useful part of the costume for Sanae to wear. Although she finds the outfit embarrassing when wearing all of it, Sanae uses her powers to protect and serve as a superhero.
