In episode 2, Takahashi makes his debut. He is present in the same room with Toue and Sei when he shares information about visual images of the fight between Aoba and Noizs Rhyme. Later in episode 3, Takahashi provides additional details to Toue regarding the samples being extracted from outside sources and the potential side effects of drugs, specifically Morphine ambushes. In a later scene, Takahashi is seen driving his car in the Old Residents District with Tae in the back seat. When asked if Aoba was alive, Tae responds quietly while Takahashi smiles.
