At 18 years old, Misaki has been raised since childhood as if she were an orphan due to her father's death at Watchers Nest and her mother passing away beforehand. Despite this, she is clumsy and struggles with finding employment on the overpopulated and economically depressed Earth. As a result, she joined the army. Even there, Misaki remains clumsy, but for some reason, she was chosen as an elite Seraphim cadet. However, this selection was all part of a master plan.
