Hisagi Shuuheis Zanpakuto takes on a physical form that resembles a dark man almost like a shadow with long black hair. The spirit of Kazeshini is embodied in this form and carries a weapon similar to Shūheis Shikai. Despite the violent nature of his image, Hisagi does not enjoy using his zanpakutō due to its shape, which he finds "shaped like something meant to reap life itself." However, despite his dislike for it, he is highly skilled in wielding it. He can use the blades as both hand-to-hand weapons and projectiles, making the weapon's paths unpredictable with the help of its long chain.
