Delphine Eraclea is Dio Eracleas older sister and head of the Guild. Her past conflict with Alex Row has made her his primary target for vengeance, and one of his main objectives is to personally kill her. The Maestro, portrayed as a decadent aristocrat, is callous and ruthless in her ways. When Luciola allowed Dio to escape, the Maestro feigned interest in his plea but ultimately killed him with a device that disintegrated him. Despite this, she was not unpunished, as Alex managed to strangle her even though he had been restrained by rose tendrils. The Maestro is likened to a beautiful but dangerous rose due to her immense oppressive influence and the need for only loyal subordinates like Cicada and his attack force to carry out her work. While there is no evidence of her combative power, she may have some strength in killing off other families and maintaining control over Exile, which she stole from each house except for House Hamilton, whom she lost to Alex Row at the Juan Carlos auction for 500 million Claudia.
