Yuuto, Rinko, and Himaris are characters from the manga series "Kono Oto Tomare!" They are a school teacher, student, and class representative respectively. The female teacher is portrayed as a smoker with perverted tendencies who often catches Yuuto engaging in erotic acts with girls outside of class time. Despite this, she seems to be passively supportive of such activities as long as they occur away from the classroom. In chapter 8, it's suggested that she may possess supernatural abilities or a yōkai. Rinko sometimes refers to her as "Sae-chan," which is a term she detests. The character is voiced by Neya Michiko.
