Chihiro Kosaka

Takahara Ayumi's friend is a girl named Chihiro who quickly tries to express her feelings of attraction towards a boy after finding him handsome and appealing. Despite having confessed to multiple boys without success, she continues to do so due to her impulsive nature. Keima refers to Chihiro as a "mob character" in the visual novel genre's terminology.

Spoilers:

It is hinted in Chapter 189 that Keima is her first love. While even though she forgets the conquest, it is later shown that Chihiro actually has a crush on Keima. She later helps Keima bring out the goddess Keima confesses his love to Chihiro in chapter 268 of the manga, rejecting him at first, only to later invite him on a date in the following chapter.
