Benzaiten no Kaoru, 脇薫

Kaoru is a ninja who belongs to the Shinobi 5, a group of mercenary ninjas that offer their services for hire. She knows Zenzo and was present at his father's funeral. Recently, she has been working in a flower shop where Kagura crashed her scooter, causing damage to a birthday present intended for Michiko, the wife of Kaoru's manager at the Kunoichi Café, another part-time job where Ayame also works. Like Sarutobi Ayame, Kaoru can be playful and childish, such as during the Ninja Battle in the Elizabeth Rescue episode when she and Ayame were supposed to fight but instead spent time trash talking each other. However, when it comes to work, Kaoru takes things seriously.
