The Angel Team's boss and occasional father figure has a close relationship with them. He is nearing retirement and can sometimes become impatient with the girls. Occasionally, Volcott worries that their actions might affect his retirement benefits. In one episode from season one, when he becomes stressed or anxious, he turns to vacuuming as a way to cope.
