The second leader of Nanban High is a level-headed and honorable individual who went to great lengths to try and kill Ryubi Gentoku. She met with a nude Chouun, who was able to match Mouyus strength and force her to retreat. However, Mouyu did not give up easily and returned to fight Chouun again, only to be defeated by her sheer power. In an attempt to save herself, Mouyu took her own life, but was ultimately saved by Ryubis fluctuating power. She then shifted sides and aided Seito in the destruction of Kenteis lair within Nanban, causing his full-fledged revival to cease.
