Yukio Washimine, a high school senior from Japan, was unexpectedly appointed as the leader of the Washimine Group, a yakuza organization in Japan. This happened after Tsugio Banjo, the previous leader, was killed by Balalaika during an attempt to resolve a conflict between the Kosa Council and Hotel Moscow. Despite being unprepared for life in organized crime, Yukio fantasizes about escaping with her bodyguard Ginji Matsuzaki to Roanapur.
