Kyoko Milchan  

The Department of Security at Central Headquarters has a Special Services Auditor/Accountant named Kyoko who is 21 years old. She is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the department and follows all rules and regulations. Despite being strict with Daisuke, whom she often scolds, Kyoko eventually develops feelings towards him after letting go of her crush on his brother Shun.
