Kyoko is an admirer of Tsuna and has a somewhat airheaded personality. She doesn't question the idea of infants in the Mafia and likely sees it as all just a game. Like Yamamoto, she took the Dying Will Shot and her demeanor was more reserved but still assertive. Kyoko first saw Tsuna in action when she was sent nine years and ten months into the future to attend a seminar camp before being replaced with her younger self. Despite not knowing about the Mafia, she seems to have noticed what's really going on.
