Ayana is one of the few classmates in 1-A who stands up for Tomo and Mafuyu despite being bullied or ignored while mistreated. Despite appearing gentle and weak, she is actually a powerful Qwaser with control over magnesium. She uses razor-sharp chakrams that she throws and controls in both trajectory and shape, capable of igniting them with fire. Ayana pretends to be friends with Tomo and Mafuyu but later confronts Sasha three times before being killed during their third battle while trying to kidnap Tomo as a hostage. As a clone without will, she is summoned to fight against Shinichiro Ootori.
