Doctor Onishi

Dr. Onishi, commonly referred to as the Doctor, leads the secret psychic research project and advises Colonel on scientific matters. He is part of the second generation of scientists overseeing the project after Akira's death. His curiosity and disregard for others' well-being contribute to Tetsuo's destructive power being awakened and nurtured.
