Henslow was an Alliance diplomat who served as high commissioner to Fezzan, where he worked until 798 UC when the Galactic Empire under Reinhard von Lohengramm took control of the planet. He then escaped with Julian Mintz and Louis Machungo on a merchant ship called Berezka.
