A parrot who appears ancient and communicates through speech, is the sole informant about Dr. Kieda's whereabouts when he disappeared in time. Despite this, his statements are often unrelated to the topic at hand. His only fear seems to be his wife, Otake. In episode 6, it was revealed that he accidentally activated the time machine while Dr. Kieda was absent and returned to modern times with it. His voice can be heard in previews of upcoming episodes before the end theme plays.
