The sheep that Gabu encounters in the barn becomes his friend despite not realizing he is an enemy of wolves. Despite this, Gabu remains loyal and does not harm Mei. Eventually, Meis goat herd discovers their bond and tries to keep them apart. However, they escape to a location where their friendship is accepted.
