Chitose Shuusuke is an individual who relies on others for financial support and doesn't contribute much to society. He spends his days working in different temporary positions. During a chance encounter, he has a negative first impression of Tamaizumi Hiyoko. However, when they meet again at their part-time job, Shuusuke learns that she is also an employee there and begins to see her in a new light.
